I am announcing the following changes in our structure:
1. I am doing away with the rank of Cadet, all Cadets will be promoted 2nd Lt. and all new officers will enter as 2nd Lieutenants.
2. Officer applicants with real world military-type experience will enter as 1st Lieutenants.
5. I am changing the Pilot MOS to be an Officer only job to increase realism. Current pilots are being promoted to an officer rank and new pilots will be 2nd Lieutenants.
