Hello and welcome to Bravo Company!
For in Bravo, you know we are everything aviation. Fixed wing, VTOL, you name it, we cover it. I am your Captain, and also am the leader of this Company. Enough with the names, in Bravo I will decide for you what category of flight I train you in. Don't get upset, because I can train you in both if you want to learn.
This is how it is going to work for Bravo:
You can freely message me any time you want to be trained, and we will arrange a time and date.
On that date, we will decide what we are going to train in for that day. There I will pick what we will be training in whether it be VTOL, Fixed Wing, etc.
We will train for approximately 30min.- 2h, if training exceeds this time then we will continue training that day, or train at a later date. This is completely up to my trainee if he/she chooses to stop for an event. (Note: This will result in a minimum point gain, and no bonus if you cannot/do not complete training on the day we start).
Once you are trained, I will make a training post under the "Operations" tab in the forums. This will allow you to see if you have gotten promoted, or earned any medals.
I hope this will clear any questions the new Pilots in Bravo may have!
