All members must be present for schedule training, or notify their chain of command ahead of time if they can't make it. Problematic no-shows will not be tolerated. First no-show is a warning and second will result in you being bumped to the Reserves. From the Reserves, you can attend you monthly drills and prove that you deserve to go back to active duty. If you fail to meet your Reserve training instructors with out prior notice too, you will be processed for a discharge.
