The following is a list of violations of the 95th's UCMJ.
TITLE I Criminal Offences
1. FRIENDLY FIRE- Firing with intent to harm friendlies or non-combatants, once intent is verified by investigation, punishable by timely Unhonorable Discharge, reduction in rank, and/or revocation of points or awards. Unless action was being taken to stop another person guilty of Friendly Fire.
2. MURDER- Any premeditated action that is committed with intent to cause death to the victim, unless the victim is an enemy or suspected of espionage.
3. THEFT- Taking position of any property without proper authority and orders, unless under orders to condemner freely. Punishable by point, rank, and award reduction.
4. ARSON AND VANDALISM- Any action that inflicts damage on any property not owned by the enemy, unless rules of engagement allow for property destruction. Punishable by point, rank, and award reduction.
5. DESERTION- Taking action to shirk duties and obligations of a soldier, attempting to or successfully leaving designated area of operations without proper orders to do so. Punishable by timely Unhonorable Discharge.
6. ESPIONAGE- Any action that is committed with intent to pass on information to persons without a security clearance. Punishable by timely Unhonorable Discharge.

TITLE IIPetty OffencesPetty Offences Punishable by Superior's Choice- DISRESPECTING A SUPERIOR- Any action that is intended to disrespect an outranking member or Military Policeman that is on duty.
- DISREGARDING AN ORDER- Failure to comply with or attempt to complete an order from a superior or Military Policeman that is on duty.
- VIOLATING RESTRICTED ZONES- Entering any area that is restricted to a certain group not including the violater.
- FAILURE TO RENDER SALUTE- Refusal or failure to render a salute to a passing officer or the United States flag, while in movement, in a non-tactical or non-combat situation.
