The 95th uses a points system to keep track of it's members experience and eligibility for promotion. Members recieve a set number of points for partcipating in training and operations. These points remain on the members record permanently, they can only be removed by displinary action. The amount of points a member must have to be promoted are combined with additional requirments. Points are also used to determine if a member will be discharged or retired when they leave the 95th.
